These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Anushram Edge website, currently available at edge.anushram.com ("Platform"), operated by Anushram ("Anushram Edge", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting the Platform, creating an account, booking a consultation, or using any of our mentorship resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information, and any programme-specific terms shared with you separately.

Anushram Edge is a doctoral mentorship platform. We provide structured, stage-by-stage guidance to PhD and research aspirants — covering areas such as university selection, entrance exam preparation, topic identification, literature review guidance, synopsis and proposal development, thesis structuring support, and publication strategy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to use our services. By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide to us — including your academic background and contact details — is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

Our services are guidance-based and educational in nature. This includes, without limitation:

• Counselling on PhD programme types and university selection
• Guidance on entrance examinations and interview preparation
• Support in identifying research topics and gaps
• Structural guidance for literature reviews, synopses, and thesis chapters
• General direction on journal selection and publication strategy

Anushram Edge does not write, ghostwrite, or submit academic work on your behalf as part of the free guidance made available on this Platform. Where paid, deliverable-based services are offered (for example through our affiliated writing and publication support services), those are governed by separate, specific terms agreed with you at the time of engagement.

Some parts of the Platform may require you to register or submit your contact details. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at info@anushram.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or plagiarised academic information
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable academic integrity policy
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' data, or non-public areas of the Platform
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our guidance materials without written permission
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any institution

All content on the Platform — including text, the 25-stage mentorship framework, graphics, logos, and the Anushram Edge name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Anushram and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use this content for your personal, non-commercial research journey. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Any research materials, drafts, or documents you share with us remain your property. We do not claim ownership over your academic work; see our Privacy Policy for how such materials are handled and kept confidential.

The Platform may reference or link to third-party websites, universities, journals, or service providers, including our own affiliated services at anushram.com. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or conduct. Any dealings you have with a third party referenced through the Platform are solely between you and that third party.

Guidance provided through Anushram Edge is based on general experience and publicly available information about doctoral processes in India and other jurisdictions. Admission criteria, university rules, and publication standards change frequently and vary by institution. We make reasonable efforts to keep our guidance current but do not guarantee that it reflects the most recent policy of any specific university, journal, or examining body.

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anushram and its mentors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to delays, admission outcomes, examination results, or publication decisions made by third parties. Our total liability arising out of your use of the free guidance services on this Platform will not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Anushram Edge in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to Anushram Edge, our mentors, or other users. You may stop using the Platform at any time by discontinuing access and, where applicable, requesting deletion of your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal and regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
