Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to any payments made through Anushram Edge (edge.anushram.com). It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Our stage-by-stage guidance content, the initial mentorship consultation, and general resources on the Platform are offered at no cost and without obligation. Because no payment is collected for these, no refund is applicable. You may stop using these free services at any time.

If Anushram Edge introduces paid mentorship programmes, structured sessions, or premium services, the following principles will govern refunds unless a more specific policy is communicated to you in writing at the time of purchase:

• Before a session begins: If you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled paid session or programme start date, you will be eligible for a full refund.
• After a session has started but not completed: A prorated refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the portion of the programme or session actually delivered.
• After a session or programme is completed: Once mentorship guidance for a paid session has been fully delivered, it is not eligible for a refund, as the service — expert time and guidance — has already been rendered.
• Technical issues on our end: If a paid session could not be delivered due to a fault on our side (for example, a mentor's unavailability with no rescheduling offered), you will be offered a full refund or a free rescheduled session, at your choice.

To request a refund for any paid service, email info@anushram.com with:

• Your full name and registered email address
• The programme or session you paid for, with date of payment
• Payment reference or transaction ID, if available
• Reason for the refund request

Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm the outcome after reviewing it against this policy.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Refunds will generally not be issued where:

• The paid guidance or session has already been fully delivered
• The request is based on dissatisfaction with an academic outcome (such as an admission decision, examination result, or journal decision) that is outside our control, provided the guidance itself was delivered as described
• The cancellation request is made after the applicable cancellation window described in Section 3
• The account was suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms & Conditions

Where Anushram Edge refers you to a paid service offered by our affiliated platform at anushram.com — such as thesis writing, publication support, or analytical services — that engagement is governed by the refund policy published on anushram.com at the time of purchase, not by this page.

We may update this Refund Policy as our services evolve, particularly as and when paid programmes are introduced. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Refund requests will be assessed against the policy in effect at the time of your payment.
